Hi!
I'm Karissa!

I am an artist, writer, and fellow believer in Christ! My husband, cat, horses, and I live in rural southwest Oklahoma.  I am a Tarleton State alumna and hope to one day to be able to enjoy painting full-time.

I started this blog as a way to write about the beauty of Christ and expound on his marvelous grace for us.  As an artist, I particularly love seeing him in his creation and at work through the creative process. It is my desire to document and share with you the unique revelations he has for us there regarding Jesus, creating with him, truths about beauty, our identities, and our purposes as artists!

If you are also a creative or love Jesus, I believe that there's something for you here.  I would be honored if you to join me in meditating on the truths in His word and explore creating from a biblical perspective.  Whether it is through painting, writing, or just doing life, I want us to be able to receive the Lord's love for us together!
